I accept the following payment types, with half down at time of your order(s) with the remaining balance due at pick-up.

Participating Insurances
My practice no longer accepts insurance plans. Moving to my home, has provided me the opportunity to lower my pricing to everyone. With that said, if you have insurance that offers you out-of-net-work benefits, you may still get reimburse through them by filing out a out-of-network claim.
